The Indo-International School in Dundlod was founded in 1996 through the efforts of individuals from SUNY-Oneonta (State University of New York at Oneonta). The school for lower-income children was constructed with the help of donations. It began in a one-room building and has recently moved to a newly constructed building. Starting with 40 children and two teachers, today the school now has 160 children and four teachers. Here, one of the teachers stands in the door of her classroom while her students work at their lessons.
